Identification: Please help identify this plant

    I just got this plant and was wondering if anyone knew what it was there was no tags on it.
    The leaves are thick and really sturdy.
    It is a small plant about 6-8 inches tall.
    I don't think a flower comes out of it, it looks like it is just the leaves.
    Please help thanks.
