I was help to name this plants as Dodonaea viscose. It was photographed in May 2006 in North Cyprus.
Is leaf discolouration due to nitrogen deficiency?

Could be a variety of things. Maybe Agriculture Ministry can help. Here we have USDA Cooperative Extension, with regional offices.

It looks like chlorosis to me but I could be wrong. I had a fruit tree that looked almost identical to your specimen with the green veins and yellowing leaves. I remedied this with some Iron chelate and blood meal.
