Identification: plant id: lower mainland bush

    Surrey BC
    Out cycling today and saw beautiful bushes thriving in the ditches...have 5 leaves and brilliant red berries in a cluster. This was in south Surrey and have also seen them on the way to Ladner on Ladner Trunk Rd. White blossoms precede the berries. Would like to know what they are, with thanks.
