I have a pinnate type palm tree in a pot which produces little nodules on the bottom of the leaves. The nodules wipe off but it appears to leave a brown spot that appears as if something has been feeding on the leaf, sucking the nourishment from the leaf. The main plant seems to be developing normally but the nodules reform continuously.Is this a pest/disease that needs attention? If such, what needs to be done t eliminate it?
