    Hi,
I would like some ideas on what kind of pine tree I have.
I think it is a sylvestris crossed with some other type of pine that has large cones and long needles.
The bark is reddish and flaky looking toward the newer top growth.
It is planted next to some narrow growing sylvestris.
The cones are 4.5-5" long usually
needles in two's about 6-7" long
    Western Washington
    Thank you,
    Terri
