I saw this at the Denver Bot. Garden last week. I'm wondering if it's not 'Hoopsii' renamed. Anyone got the history of this plant?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ernie

Rich's Nursery is sort of in a lot of ways a graveyard for stuff. This is front and center however at the office location and I hadn't seen nor head of it prior, but it sure was a beauty. You could be right Ernie, it sure looks like 'Hoopsii'. By the way, this is the guy with all 'The Green Industry' donations. Thank you Ernie!

Looks like Pinus virginiana 'Wate's Golden' behind, forming a blue-and-yellow foliage color combination.

    Hi Dax,

I think the bigger thanks goes to you as you have uploaded all of them to here and also at the ACS site. That had to be way less fun than taking them and as such, is more of an accomplishment. I wonder what Rich's take is on 'Coor's'?

    Regards,
    Ernie
