Appreciation: phycomycetes

    How do I get rid of phycomycetes in my garden? We have dug it all up but it has now come back again

    Spores, of Phycomyces spp. and other fungi, are everywhere and under the right conditions and with the right substrate will grow, so getting rid of fungi is difficult/unlikely. While you may have dug up and removed all the visible bits, if there is substrate it likes still remaining, it will likely form new growth when things are moist.
