Hello everyone This is my first post. Your site was suggested to me by Julie Makin who volunteers at the University of Guelph arboretum. I'm an amatuer botanist and photographer in Adrian Michigan. I enjoy sharing my photos. Bob Smith
Oenothera laciniata, ragged evening-primrose. Photographed early on a dewy morning in Lenawee County, Michigan. These flowers close by mid-morning, and reopen at night. They grow in open, mostly sandy areas.
