Hi, I am trying to start my first all-organic seed, non-gmo, pesticide-free vegetable garden. I need a source for soil here in the lower mainland that can provide "certified organic" topsoil. It this even possible? I'll settle for some that has a high certainty of being pesticide-free. I'd also appreciate any other tips or advice on organic gardening that you would care to share. Thanks for any help you can give.
