I recently planted a small PeeGee Hydrangea tree in front of my porch this spring (north facing). I am just wondering why only some of the buds/petals opened? Is there a way to make the blooms fuller for next year? We had a very rainy summer here and I'm wondering if it got too much water... When the petals opened they were white with small brown dots on them. Any help would be really appreciated :)
