I have a young peach tree about 4 ft tall, it's currently growing in a container 18 x 18 inches. I want to grow this tree against a south facing wall but cannot plant directly in the ground because of a high deck. If I keep this tree in a container and train it on a latice fixed to the wall, what size container should I use and what growing medium would be best?

I grow fruit trees in pot and found that 15 gallon pot are sufficient for many years providing I water and feed often (I live in Los Angeles). I also keep the trees smallish (5 to 8 ft).
I use any organic potting soil that drains well.
