I have an indoor palm plant that occasionally (1-2 times a year) shots out stringers that form these little tiny yellow buds. I have searched & searched but I am unable to identify what this palm plant with yellow buds are. Can any help?

Looks like Chamaedorea elegans, Parlour Palm. The yellow 'buds' are flowers on an inflorescence.

Agree w/ JK. One memorable incident in my gardening life was walking into Sunset Gardens for lunch one day. Their lobby had several large Parlor palms scattered around. I asked if they were indeed Parlor palms and was told yes. I then asked why they weren't blooming? The responce was "they bloom?" Yep, mine is. Of course, I was just talking with an office person, but, still, It made me feel great. ;)))
