    Hello,

I have several Yoshino Cherries and one Snow Fountain weeping cherry tree. One of the Yoshino's and the weeping cherry are in trouble. Both trees suffered a Japanese beetle attack, and I treated the trees with Sevin once, and after a heavy rain fall misted them with slightly soapy water to ward off the beetles. Suddenly the leaves are turning yellow and fall off, others have blackened dried up tips but do not fall off. There are also some leaves with rusty colored areas. And of course the skeletal ones from the beetles buffet.

I have a feeling the trees weakened under the beetle attack, and now I am fighting several issues, but which ones! The trees are all 3'' caliper, and were just planted this past January. All was well until the beetles came.

My other three trees are super, but I am worried they will get infected as well.

    Please advise!!!!!!!

    Many thanks on advance.
    Sabine
