This year my Orange tree in Florida did not fruit but my neighbors did? I did some pruning and I was advised to trim off all remaining fruit. But to no avail. what should I do the tree does look healthy.

In general pruning is not good for citrus trees. The pruning may have been your problem. Was this tree grown from seed or a grafted tree? If grown from seed, the tree must produce a certain number of nodes before fruiting- pruning removes nodes and therefore delays fruiting.
