    Hi Ginnyd7,
    More info will be needed, starting with a spore print to identify the colour of the spores. Then other observations will be useful: On ground, on wood, near hardwoods or conifers, stem break easily or no, any smell, and so forth.
    Mushrooms of this sort are generally hard to ID without having specimen in hand.
