On Waterfall Maple and Japanese Snowbell

    I just found these white ?larvae? on my Pink Chimes Japanese Snowbell (Styrax Japonicus) and my Waterfall Laceleaf Maple (Acer palmatum dissectum), on the underside of leaves.
    They are are on two separate patios on a 7th floor condo.
    And I found this one insect.
    What are these and what should I do?
    Help!

    Not sure what you have in the first photo, but the second picture is a ladybird pupa, will transform into a ladybird within a few days. With any luck it might eat the larvae in the first pic.
