Here on Camano Island, we are proud of our arts community, and justifiably so. Just look at our latest addition to "Art In The Parks". Rarely have I seen such a visceral depiction of the duality of the insect (i.e. the "good" pollinator vs. the "bad" stinger). I can't help but think the artists may have been inspired by the equally provocative image displayed on the bottle cap of Mickey's Malt Liquor. Come to think of it, the entire inspiration for, installation of, and appreciation for this piece may have a lot to do with beer. I found the evidence of this nearby.
