I have a pyramidal Oak tree that is about 9 years old. I noticed that many of the leaves are turning brown and falling off. On closer inspection, I noticed that it has yellow spots and there are these tiny little larvae attached. As well, many orange coloured lady bugs.

I believe the tree may be infested and has Oak Leaf Phylloxera. Can anyone advise what I should do? I would hate to lose such a beautiful tree.
