Identification: Not positive about this

    Leucopaxillus or Paxillus or other?

    Key Features:
    1. Cap wavy, 2-6 inches
    2. Cap ringed like and oyster like, polished, crme colored darkening to beige
    3. Gills white to cream colored, unevenly spaced, starting abruptly from the stalk, wavy and becoming inter-twined with age, tapering to the outer edge.
    4. Stalk white and often wavy. 3/8-5/8 thick, somewhat hollow. No mi
    5. Veil, ring or volva absent.
    6. Spores white

    Other features: Cap dry and slick, bald breaks easily, inside center at stalk grainy chamber like. Has a mild turnip like odor. Stalk does not break cleanly, rather remains in tack and fibrous

    Found growing in groups on decayed hardwood, in wooded area, late fall.

    can't be a paxillus if the spores are white. Hygrophorus have white spores. It doesn't look like a hygrophorus, but did it have waxy gills?

    More like rubbery. Spore print was grey, (the best I could tell)
