One of my 10 Norwegian Spruce trees looks like its dying. It has lost about 40% of the needles and is drooping. This particular tree also has alot of cones that were looking Ok a few days ago. Now they look dried up and dying. It has been very hot here 90* today, i have been watering every other day and measuring the wetness by pushing an all thread into the ground around the tree. It has been wet. The other tree's look OK. I put these trees in around 4 year ago as a privacy fence. They are around 15'-20' high. Any suggestions. I am watering as we speak.

Can't add much without a picture. Take samples to New Jersey Cooperative Extension office if you can.
