Hi there, Does anymone out there know of any tulip bulbs that are NOT hybrid, you know the kind that grandma had that came back year after year and formed lovely clups. I live on Vancouver Island and look forward to to any info., any one has. Mc.Neil
You're seeking what would be known horticulturally as "species tulips", like Tulipa bakeri. They're not impossible to find; I note over a half-dozen of them were available on the North American Rock Garden Society's seed exchange list last year, but you need to be a member to participate.
