    Good evening!

I have a few plants that I'm unable to kill...and would like to know what they are exactly.

The first is almost a palm of sorts, but it is looking sickly. It seems that the top of it is almost heavier than it can handle, as you can see from the 006b picture. 1-what is the type? 2-am I killing this one too or am I suppose to prune it? 007b is a picture close up of the leaves.

The second is what I think is a Kentia palm (Howea forsteriana) see pic 009b. Can someone confirm?

Happy Holidays and thanks in advance!!!

The first plant appears to be Dracaena marginata 'Tricolor'. If you find this plant too spindly you could air layer sections of it to create new ones. It appears to be in a dark area of the room; more light would probably help.

The second plant may be Chamaedorea elgans, Parlour Palm.
