New fonds brown windmill palm

Hi,

I have a 6 year old palm. The plant looks healthy but the new growth is brown. There are three shoots coming up but all are brown. The neighbouring palm of the same vintage is fine. Any ideas? Will it survive ?

 

Probably cold damage left from last February

 

Thanks Ron. Just let the damage fonds grow out?

 

I don't think there's too much harm that will be done by letting them grow out. Can always trim them later!
