Identification: Need to identify

    I am new here so i hope im doing this right..I have to bushes that i need to identify so that i can find out if it is ok to cut off dead limbs i am posting to pic of it..thank you in advance..

    Looks like a dwarf cultivar of Picea glauca to me (one such as 'Conica').

    Ditto to Picea glauca var. albertiana 'Conica'.
