    Hello,

I received this plant from a friend who moved out of the country to Europe. I care a lot about this plant...but I do not know what it is, and I do not know how to care for it (dirt, water, light, food, etc...). Please help!

I'm not so sure that this is a pothos. It does bear a resemblance but i wonder if its a extremely leggy diffienbachia. It might not be but something about it says to me that it might not be a pothos/devil's ivy.
    Anyone else have input?

Is this plant kept in a very low light area where it might have to stretch towards a window?

Could it be some sad, struggling poinsettia that someone has kept alive WAY past it's prime?
