Need help to identify plants

    Hi! As far as I can tell, they're both Crassulas. The one on the right looks like C. falcata. I'm waiting for the one I have to produce its lovely bright red flowers.

    Hi, the first plant looks like my crassula "Morgans Beauty" it comes in two colours that I know of pink & white.
