I need help figuring out what kind of palm this is and find out why it is dying. How do I care for it. The outside edges of the leaves are turning yellow and a few stems dont have any leaves at all. Any advise would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Hard to even pick out plant from shadow, but I'd guess it's a draceana. 'Dragon tree.'

Looks like Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree.
