Hello, I have searched plant databases and can't find either of these. I think the pointy leaf one is a type of yucca but it doesn't quite match any pictures. The leaves are not especially sharp. Thanks!!
Looks like: Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree; Codiaeum variegatum, Croton; possibly 'Skeet Jones' cultivar.
