I have had this plant for about 1 year. After having it for 6 months it was moved to a different house same state. But, after 3 mos. the plant started acting droopy and unhappy. It started having rotten stems and yellow leaves. I stopped watering it, kept it slightly moist, moved over to an Eastern window area and it died some more. Transplanted it with a succulent potting soil rich in vermiculite and place it out in the Lanai, (back porch).
This is one of my favorite plants and it has gone through a lot and survived. Now it seems as if it is dying.
    HELP please.
Here are some pics to show it's beauty and it's flaws.
