My palm tree is dying!

  1. I am so sad that my "trachy" palm that I planted last year has turned all brown and I think is is dying - or dead already. I wonder if someone could tell me whether or not it may come back this summer? It is about a foot and a half tall and planted with a northwest exposure in New Westminster. Once it turns brown is there any hope? Should I cut the leaves all off? Fertilize? What should I do differently to care for it over the winter? I really, really like palm trees and wanted one in my garden so any advice would be appreciated. It's great to know there are so many palm enthusiasts out there!

  2. I really hope someone will be able to help me save my palm tree? I would really appreciate some advice if anyone has any.....
