Identification: Mushroom in the garden (smells really good)

    This grew in my Toronto (Canada) garden. I wonder if this is edible, it smells really good. Could you please let me know the name of it?

    What you have is an edible morel (all true morels are edible). However, some people are allergic to morels; so it should be tried cautiously, in small amounts, at first.
