I found two young cherry trees in full bloom beside the parking lot of The Powerhouse at Stave Falls Visitor Centre on April 14. A couple of weeks behind Vancouver. One is 'Akebono' (I didn't take any photo) and the other is 'Accolade'. Here are the photos of 'Accolade'.
