Best advice--use search function and read about: fertilizer, repotting/potting media, and watering (although you must have been doing that pretty good). There are many here willing to help you solve any problems if any develop, but hopefully they can be avoided.

Blooming and setting fruit will come when the tree is growing healthy and exposed to the proper environment. One environmental factor required for blooming is exposure to stress (usually in the form of cold weather--not freezing, but less than mid 60s).

What kind of tree do you have?

Soapy water will work, but will not kill eggs--you need to reapply in 7-10 days to get newly hatched mites.
