I have a eastern maple from the Quebec province. The tree is about five years old, the leaves develope properly turning a dark brown with a white waxey surface and then shrivel up and die. The tree is producing new growth all the time.
Zebra if possible send a pics, if no i think that your maple have a funghicide attak,use a normal antifunghicide or go in one garden center with the leaves and ask advice at gardenman...alex
