    I think Acer cissifolium. A whole street like that might be on the Vancouver Trees app - can you give the location?

    No, it turns out there are not many locations listed, so that's a good find.
    Note that I corrected the name, cissifolium.
    There are three in front of the West End Community Centre that are in Straley's Trees of Vancouver, if you want to compare with known ones of that species.

    Seems to me, you'd need to see more of the leaves for a positive ID; but A. cissifolium is a good start. Distinguishable from A. henryi by more jagged leaves, and reddish twigs.
