   When you have so much fruit from your garden why not make things interesting and make jam out of it? I made strawberry peach jam recently using Sure Jell and it came out great. Has anybody here made jam recently? Did you use Sure Jell or some kind of pectin?

   You can always put in an unripe apple or two for pectin supply.
