I cannot find in the U.S. a place to purchase a Swane's Gold Italian Cypress. Also, cannot find a Pinus mugo Winter Gold. Anyone out there know where one can buy an animal like this?
Cupressus sempervirens 'Swanes Golden' has only recently become available in the UK and it may not be available in the US yet. Nice tree though and definitly worth waiting for. Pinus mugo 'Winter Gold' is another good plant. Surprised you can't find it. Worth noting that there is a P. mugo 'Carstens Wintergold' too. Slightly different habit. One has a more upright habit than the other and I can never remember which one. Sorry.

Patented in US during 1976, being sold by wholesale nurseries on this continent the following year or sooner. Multiple locations where specimens can be viewed listed in A.L.
