Re: chimonanthus praecox - no blooms! Hi there! In the lower mainland I know you can find this shrub at Cedar Rim Nursery in Langley, on Glover Rd. It is a very large nursery with a wide variety of plants and very helpful staff. I had originally purchased my very young shrub from a specialty nursery on the Island about 8 years ago, and at that time no one in Vancouver had any idea of what it even was. Hope that helps.
