Identification: light green mushroom

    northern New Mexico, USA
    Santa Fe National Forest, Rio En Medio, about 9500 ft ASL
    It was a group of 7 specimens by the stream, amongst spruce and aspen
    One could argue that they formed a circle with a 4 foot diameter. The stalk broke with a snap, like a stick of chalk.
    Spore print is white

    It looks (and sounds) like a Russula ... any distinctive taste or smell perchance?
