Hi, I live in central Alberta about 1 hour from the mountains. I have a 6 year old Evan cherry that has buds on it but very few leaves at this time. The apple and crabapple next to it have leaves and most of their blossoms. Should I be worried? Should I be fertilizing and what would be the best fertilizer. Sorry about such basic questions but my thumb is just starting to turn green. Thanks
I wouldn't be worried. My sour cherries always used to bloom like crazy and then put leaves out afterwards.
