I'm wondering what counts as "late winter" for Vancouver pruning purposes? I've got several very leggy sweet olive trees and an out of control wisteria that need dormant pruning just before dormancy ends. Does anyone have any thoughts?

    Thanks.

In Vancouver, late winter is mid- to late-February. Why do you think that dormant pruning is appropriate for these plants? See this thread.
