    My mind has gone blank!
In Calif. and in warmer climes Lantana grows. Here in the PNW a similarly flowered plant grows. Small clusters of flowers with the outside flowers a darker color (say orange) and the center flowers lighter (say yellow). Does anyone remember a plant like this for the PNW? barb

They have to be brought indoors over the winter, but Lantana grows here in the PNW too.

That's good to know S dad, but I'm not much on taking things out and storing them for the winter. If it can't handle the winters, it's gone. I might try to find the purple/lavender Lantana and see if I can find a sheltered enough place and give it a try. It's a problem when you have favorite plants and then move to a different clim. I tried PNW Plants in the Bay Area & Sacramento and they usually went nuts or died of heat stroke. Now trying to bring Calif. favorites back to the PNW. Some times "It Just Don't Work". barb

I think I'll give up on Lantana. Was talking to a fellow gardener Thurs and she said, yes, She grew them in Saudi Arabia all the time. I think Saudi is no where close to zone 5, so I'm not even going to go there. I have such limited space that I really have to pick and choose. barb
