All the close-up flowers look like 'Shiro-fugen'. The white flowers look nice and fresh, newly opened. By the time 'Kanzan' flowers turn white, they look bedraggled, and there are not so many petals remaining, and the petals are thinner and withered.

Interesting to see that 'Ama-no-gawa' and 'Kanzan' are at about the same stage of bloom in Langley as in the West End and Downtown.
Wow, it's crazy out there. Those two cultivars should not have flowers at the same time. I know the 'Kanzan' were not really "in bloom" when you posted them yesterday, but still, these 'Somei-yoshino' are still looking good.
"Snow Goose" trees ... several on the north side of 82nd Ave between 201 & 204 streets. They are a bit past their peak, I think.... didn't get a chance to check them out until this evening. I read somewhere that the Snow Goose blossoms have a nice fragrance. I couldn't smell any this evening though. Across the road (20370 82 Avenue, at the temple grounds of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Langley) the Shogetsu blossoms are almost ready to burst open.

4/5/2024 'Kanzan' on 201A ST & Fraser Hwy. Trees are too far away and getting dark, not sure what it is? flower color more white like 'Tai-haku' Not sure?
Yes, I agree with 'Tai-haku'. Prunus avium, sweet cherry. I have circled in red the tell-tale evidence - the sepals curled back against the calyx tube, so there is not a star on the back of the flowers once they have opened. I can't see it in these photos, but the leaf margins should be not serrated but more unevenly scalloped.
