Hello, I have a Kentia palm in my living room since more than 6 months. Before, only one leaf went brown and then I cut it. It's been more than 2 months. Now , one top leaf's only one side is getting yellow. Otherwise, there are new leaves coming. I am not over-watering it. But the scape has always had black marks on it since I bought. Is there any relation with the yellowing leaf? What can be the reason of this. Many thanks in advance.
