I discovered this little, tiny fluffy speck on my lilies today... I thought it was just a clump of pollen but as I reached a finger to wipe it off, it walked away from my finger, then jumped! Far!! I found a second one on another stalk, same story. It must've jumped 10 inches. I'm pretty new to the South, and this is something I've never encountered before. Anyone tell me what this might be, what it's doing on my lilies and how to rid myself of it without killing the young preying mantises which have taken up residence?

Maybe the mantids will eat most of them later.
