    Hello all!
Has anyone planted a JM near an outdoor air conditioning compressor? I see HVAC companies mentioning that they may emit gusts of hot air but I don’t know how serious of an extent they are describing.
For what it’s worth, I am in Minnesota so the summers are not particularly hot or long. I was also thinking North Wind pseudosieboldianum/palmatum which is tough as nails.
I’d love to know how close people think I can get away with. Thanks!

From our experience with an HVAC, the air would be considered "luke warm" when operating. I don't think you have to really worry about it

The warm air could help it out in spring frosts
