I have a Japanese Snowbell tree that I planted in 2018. Last summer it leafed out beautifully with lots of blossoms. This year there are quite a few branches with just a few leaves on them and some with leaves coming out only at the end of the branch. I think that it was well watered last summer and we didn’t have a difficult winter (I am on Vancouver Island). I don’t want to lose this tree. Is there anything I can do to help it along? It is in full sun and the soil is sandy with some amendments when I planted it.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

Do you still have your plant label as it came from the nursery ?

If yes - pls post the scientific (Latin) name as that’s helpful - thx!
