Has anyone in Zone 7 been successful planting the Acer Palmatum Sango Kaku (Japanese Coral bark maple) in a container in Zone 7 and what size? I have read where this tree can reach 20-25' and grow about 15' wide. Any thoughts? I was wondering when a plant is in a container how many zone hardiness points it loses in the winter?
    Thanks
