Japanese Beetles devouring Mt. Ash Tree! Help!!

    I have a 21 ft. Mountain Ash Tree and it is being devoured by Japanese beetles! I can't hand pick,that's for sure.Tried grub control and that didn't work.Any suggestions?? And, what is going to happen to me "babY" Mt. Ash??? Its not going to die,is it? I love that tree,its been with me since it was a little thing,I sure would hate to loose it to those Japanese beetles.....Koke
