    Hello,

I am actually posting this message for my sister who lives just nort of Kamloops B.C. She has only lived there for a little over a year, and this past spring she bought a Jasmine vine that has been growing on her deck wonderfully since. She wants to know what to do for it for the winter. I assume it is not frost hardy for her climate zone, which is 5b probably. Where should she put it indoors, and how much water/fertilizer, light, ect. does it need? Thanks for you hellp!

    Hello Flowerpot,

Jasmine is used to name many different plants that have a sweet smell. It is not too likely that the plant is a true jasmine (genus Jasminum). Possibly it is a Trachelospermum or maybe a Gelsemium. Knowing what it is will help to determine winter care.
